ARIADNEXT is committed to ensuring that the processing of your personal data through the 2D-DocReader Service complies with national and European personal data protection legislation.
The purpose of this policy is to explain to you in an understandable and accessible way the processing carried out in order to understand the reasons for this collection and the conditions under which your data is processed.
For the data that we process through 2D-DocReader Service, ARIADNEXT processes on behalf of the person who has to check the 2D-DOC code as a subcontractor of the processing. To find out more, you can consult the legal notice.
The purpose of the processing is to extract and analyze the data contained in the Visible Digital Seal (“VDS”) called 2D-DOC and affixed to the document presented by its holder in order to check the correspondence between the data from the VDS and those contained in the document.

The data is not intended for any other organization.
Furthermore, no data is transferred outside the European Union.
We keep your data for 14 days.
How is your data protected?

In this respect, only the person concerned has the right to access and obtain a copy of the data concerning him or her, to oppose the processing of this data, to have it rectified or deleted.
